Please read the detailed
terms and conditions that we provide carefully.
If there is a problem later, we will assume that the customer has agreed to all agreement.

Our terms and conditions

  • Don't use designs and art as shop symbols/logos or make them as profile pictures of trading accounts. Without agreement with us.

  • We will not accept designs that use reference artist art as commercial gifts of any kind. Only accept if for personal use.

  • We will take the customer's planned work and post it on our card.

( We will only post catalogs/customer sales posts for customers who purchase commissions for commercial use).
If it's uncomfortable, you can let us know in advance.

  • Don't claim my art as your own. ( I mean, the artist is still me)

  • Use of designs and images must be consistent with the agreed purpose only.

  • DM us for any other questions that may not be here.

  • It is strictly forbidden to separate parts of the Art! (for example. Fullbody character's using a hat, don't change the color of the hat, don't cut off the head and stick it on another body, and use it for other purposes.)

  • We will not accept another order from the customer if that happens.

About the editing/Revision

  • You csn Move/zoom/change shape slightly/change font/change color.

  • If the customer requests that the design be dismantled again when work has started and it has been agreed, and major commission repairs will be carried out. Design changes and replacements become new commission work = The price is calculated as a new commission request.

  • If the customer requests editing of the commission work after all files have been submitted, And at the customer's own fault = Re-design costs start from 1$ per time

What is commercial use???
= Using art designs to sell/promotions/giveaways etc.The point is that it's not for your personal use, it's commercial use 😘

HOW TO ORDER?

Please read the details we provided carefully.
If there is a problem later, we will assume that the customer has agreed to all agreement.

How to order commission?

  • Just contact us to ask for availability via DM first.

  • Inform the purpose of using the design in commercial cases or promotional gifts / Giving gifts / personal use.

  • Provide desired design details to estimate price (for additional designs).

  • We do not accept excessive character details.

  • Send a detailed explanation via DM us about an example image of work that is close to the desired design, pose, character you want to draw, clothing and so on.

  • Pay 50% of the commission price to book the queue. We will inform you of the transfer details.

  • Processing no later than 2 days after the client's commission queue starts, After sending the first sketch. The maximum processing time for commissions is 10 days.

  • We will send initial sketches for the client to review via DM. If there is no editing/revision , we will continue working on the commission.

  • Ask us about editing if the customer wants to edit the work, during the commission processing period (2 times free editing)

  • Corrections beyond that are 2$ per time. (If the commission is complete, and the client wants to edit again)

  • We send the final commission results only after the customer transfers the remaining balance in full.
